No expensive upfront licence fees for any of our services. If what we offer does not suit you then you are free to go without any restrictions or expensive “leaving” fees. We want to keep your custom because you are very happy with our service.

No canned answers
OK there is always a handful of questions that always come up, so we have ready made answers for those to ensure continuity of our message. But we will never just fob you off with a web link or standard response. We appreciate that what may seem obvious to us is only because we do it every day.

No Flexibility
We have a range of off the shelf solutions that work well. But every company is different and your needs may need some tweaks or in fact a very custom solution. We are lucky that our range of email services mean that there is no such thing as a one size fits all solution.
